A: We prefer to take orders by phone, but orders emailed to
carlile@intellex.com orders are more than welcome.
Q: I am looking for a specific color and I don't see it on the website, is it
possible some available colors aren't shown on the website?
A: There are many leather colors and prints available that aren't
represented on the website. The available prints and colors can vary
at anytime, and we keep an extensive selection of prints and colors on
hand, so give us a call! If we don't have it, we can probably get it.
Q: I am looking for a specific concho and/or hardware, is this something
TrickedOutPony provides?
A: TrickedOutPony.com has a wide variety of conchos in stock and has
access to most conchos available. If you can email us a picture, we
can probably get the concho or hardware. So far, we've been able to
find every concho requested.
Q: Can I request a special color of Swarovski Crystal?
A: Yes, TrickedOutPony.com has access to all available Swarovski Crystal
colors.
Q: What form of payment does TrickedOutPony.com accept?

A: We strive to keep our turnaround time at approximately 3 weeks.
(Turnaround time varies greatly during Christmas.)

A: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless customer specifically
